Marg ERP - Technical Support & Sales Role (0-10 yrs)
1. Work on entire sales process - handle client queries, demonstrate the project to customers, regular follow-ups, and close the deals
2. Create new business opportunities in previously unexplored markets
3. Set up meetings in the assigned territory and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
4. Identify the business needs of prospective clients and clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
5. Enable demo of the product
6. Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
7. Searching for global resellers for our product & work on market expansion
8. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
9. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
