Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the IT sector, along with exceptional communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Gujarati is a definite advantage. The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be motivated to drive sales growth. This role offers a competitive salary package with a mix of fixed and variable components.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and develop new B2B clients within the IT industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.
- Stay updated with competitors' products and pricing, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Gujarati.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
Compensation :
- Competitive salary of INR 30,000 with a split of 70% fixed and 30% variable components.
- Additional incentives based on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
