Marche Retail - Lead - Marketing (4-15 yrs)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote company products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends with deep knowledge of market segmentation, customers, and competitors.
- Experience in retail store openings and operations is a must.
- Develop ATL/BTL strategies to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with other departments, such as operations, category, procurement, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
- Monitor competition (marketing, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness & monthly targets.
