Marcamor - Key Account Manager (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
-This is role involves both business development and key accounts management
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identify potential clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Create pitching decks and proposals
- Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Handle Marcamor clients across the city and be the single Point of Contact (POC) for them
- Plan and execute various marketing campaigns to create awareness about the brand
- Share updates regularly with clients to keep them informed about all activities or alterations initiated by us
- Ensure timely payments from your clients
- Conduct regular meetings with the clients to ensure high touch point
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

- Proven working experience of 2-4 years as a business development manager, Key Account Manager or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in dealing with VP/Sr VP/CXO/Owner/Promoter clientele
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Willing to learn
- Ability to lead the team and keep it motivated
- Should be able to work in a cross functioning environment
- Someone who is willing to work on weekends as and when required
- Someone with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone who is willing to travel locally to have client meetings as and when necessary
