Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced candidate to support sales on a dedicated basis to drive and manage programs to improve sales performance, efficiency, and outcomes. You will be a key player in shaping the sales strategy, implementing processes, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with the company's objectives. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee inside sales team members and work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless sales process engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and anchor Demand-Generation campaigns based on strategic market focus to support initiatives for pipeline generation and customer conversion from a transformation standpoint by collaborating with stakeholders.

Sales Strategy :

- Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to expand the customer base.

Sales Process Management :

- Develop and maintain efficient sales processes, ensuring smooth lead generation, follow-up, and closure. Maintain CRM tools to streamline sales operations.

- Monitor and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure faster response times in accordance with the defined KPIs stated in the SOP document.

- Update Sales Operating Procedure (SOP) document based on advances and changes in direction.

- Competitor analysis and Market Research

- Learn the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and analyze competitor activities.

- Utilize this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- SaaS Products, custom visuals, and marketplace offerings

- Identify target SaaS products through competitor analysis and market research.

- Develop marketing collateral essential for publishing SaaS products.

= Design and execute marketing campaigns for the launched SaaS products.

- Recommend additional features and improvements to be incorporated into existing custom visuals, in alignment with current industry trends.

- Identify and conceptualize new custom visuals, driven by industry trends, to expand the range of offerings and meet evolving customer needs.

- Create and publish consulting offers in AppSource/Marketplace as per the competency and industry trends.

- Address customer issues related to published AppSource/Marketplace products (e.g., SaaS offerings, Custom visuals) to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Identify, analyze, and review case studies/blogs for publication on the company's products and services.

Partner Program :

- Identify relevant partner programs and their associated benefits.

- Develop a comprehensive plan, closely collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), track and accomplish the program objectives effectively.

- Coordinate and work to achieve Specializations.

Proposals :

- Respond to software development Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), and Proposals by preparing related proposals and documents, to be submitted within the timeline.

- Work with technical SMEs, solution architects, UI/UX teams and other functional teams as needed to create technical architecture, design, proposals, and technical demo/proposals/client meetings.

- Assist in ensuring proposal submissions are as per RFP guidelines.

- Should have good grasp of business requirements, operations, and technology impact to drive better business results.

- Review the work of team members before submitting to any platform.

- Lead, motivate, and coach the inside sales team to achieve sales goals. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their sales skills and performance.

- Experience in handling mid-to-scale enterprise accounts.

- Experience in interactions with senior leadership teams and C-level profiles.

- Strong interpersonal and management skills to work and communicate with people across various teams.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Candidate can come from education background - B. Tech./B.E. (CSE/IT), M. Tech. (CS/IT), BCA + MCA/B.Sc. (IT) + MCA/B.Sc. (CS) + MBA with a minimum of 60% across academic years.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Highly collaborative orientation. Aptitude for working with colleagues across a range of seniority levels and areas of subject matter expertise.

- Experience managing multiple areas and competing timelines.

- Eye to detail and observation skills.

- Should be able to review work of team members and improve them.

- Diligence and commitment to meet stringent deadlines.

- Must have a creative mindset towards articulating the solution via presentations and demonstrations.

- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on team development.

- In-depth knowledge of inside sales techniques, processes, and best practices.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong experience in creating end-to-end proposals across Microsoft technologies.

- Strong analytical and research skills, enabling the ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences from data and construct an action plan to leverage it for business growth and sales.

Experience : 10 to 15 years
