Maple - Sales Consultant (0-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customer queries.
- Identify the potential customer and understand the needs of the customer.
- Convert walk-in customers into maximum sales.
- Keep a count of the stock at the store.
- Upselling & Cross-selling of accessories.
- Achieve the set sales targets by escalation.
- Send a daily sales report to the manager and the accounts team.
- Send daily individual tracker to the immediate supervisor.
- Send a monthly footfall report to the immediate supervisor.
Key Skills:
- Communication- Ability to communicate clearly with the customers and giving product knowledge.
- Interpersonal-Interacting with the customers and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
- Sales oriented- Capability to drive the sales of the company
- Team Management- Managing the team effectively
- Persuasion- Ability to convince the customers to buy the products by explaining the features of the same.
- Active Learning- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
