We have an urgent requirement with our company for the profile of Customer Support Executive.
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
Job Description:
1) Handling the customer calls and making new calls.
2) Developing relationship with premium clients, thus enhancing the business.
3) Understanding the customer query and accordingly look forward for its resolution.
4) Should deal with the team and management and come up with ways to better the service.
We have scheduled a walkin drive & the details for the same are mentioned below:
Interview Date - 18th Feb, 2018 (Sunday)
Interview Time - 11 am to 1 pm
Interview Venue - Maple Store, G-50, Ground Floor, Inorbit Mall, Sector 30-A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 705.

Experience - 0 - 6 yrs (Customer Support Role / BPO), Freshers with good communication skills also can apply.
