Job Description :
- Handling the customer query/grievances.
- Cross Selling
- Developing relationship with premium clients, thus enhancing the business.
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same.
- Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service.
- Should deal with the team and management and come up with ways to better the service.
- Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same.
- Need to maintain certain reports such as Happy Calling Report and Apple Report etc
Any Graduate : Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Desired Skills:
- Pleasing Personality with excellent communication
- Ability of Multi Tasking Must be graduate
- Should be able to do cross selling
Job Location : Mangalore, Balmatta
Minimum 1 Year of Exp in Customer Handling Role
Salary : 1.50 Lacs to 3 Lacs
