MAP Architects - Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Identifying and closing of high profile lead related to commercial office space. Profile of clients ranges from Founder/CEO- Startups & SMEs, HR/Admin of Large MNCs. Required repeated and highly detailed meetings with clients to discuss design requirements
2. Liaoning with Project Managers, Corporate Facility Managers, Builders, Developers, Procurement Heads, Design Heads, Contractors, Key Clients and other relevant channels.
3. Making and presenting immaculate presentations custom fit to client's needs by coordinating with the Design and the Operations team.
4. Preparation of Detailed Proposals for clients and advising them till closure.
5. Ensure Client Satisfaction through interaction during and post the sale
Required Experience:
1. Strong experience of selling large ticket size solutions in the Corporate Interior Design & Build Industry
2. Excellent communication and superior email writing skills to ensure effective communication with very high profile clients like CEOs/ Founders etc.
3. An excellent network of Architects, Interiors, PMCs, Real Estate Consultants, Builders, End clients to foster regular business.
4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
5. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional - publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications & Skill :
1. Graduate/Post Graduate with min 3-8 years experience in Real Estate (Commercial Office), Architecture & Design preferred. Experience of handling Turnkey Project will be preferred.
2. Candidates having experience in Interior Designing/ Commercial Real Estate industry is a must.
