Manya Group - Regional Sales Manager (8-20 yrs)
- Responsible for overall Business P&L for Region
- Responsible for budgetary planning and forecasting for the region.
- Responsible for generating business from B2B and the B2C segments.
- Development and tracking of annual sales plan and then monthly and weekly team targets and individual targets
- Lead and execute business development plan with new and identified institutional partners for the region, as per the agreed Annual Plan, through the team
- Analyse regional performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement to the team in order to positively impact results.
- Visit assigned institution to establish strong business relationship and generate business through in-campus and retail mode
- Track and monitor the competitive landscape, plan and execute appropriate steps to enhance MEPL market share.
- Ensure adherence to Operational process and Compliances.
- Responsible for motivating, engaging and retaining manpower to achieve targets.
- Monitor, Control and support Channel Partners for furthering revenue growth.
- Identify suitable markets and appoint new franchisee partners; tap more geographies within the region for online, offline business opportunities.
- Drive regional admissions team to meet Visa targets and manage Admission Services in coordination with HO ACS team.
- Direct Marketing and brand promotions in the region and oversee implementation of Zonal/HO campaigns.
- Plan Centre Audits and ensure compliances as per SOP.
- Accountable for Seamless Operations leading to Targeted CSAT, as per defined framework.
- Review regional expenses for improvements, ensuring operational cost controls, inventory management and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to Operational process and Compliances.
