Target Achievement (Sales) :
- Execute target achievement plan for all products
- Tracking all Leads & maximizing conversion percentages by efficient team management
- Maximize multi product Sales
- Support the Sales Team with Closures
Customer Satisfaction (Service) :
- Ensure CSAT achievement by providing quality delivery
- Support Admission Advisor by handling escalated Admission Service Customers
- Ensure all Customer Complaints are closed within SLA
Operations :
- Optimising batch planning
- Manage daily operational activities
- SOP compliances
- MIS and reporting on NAV
- Ensure inventory management
Centre & Team Management :
- Support Regional Manager in ensuring talent retention.
- Work closely with regional operations and BD team.
- Facility Management and Centre administration for smooth business continuity
