Job Responsibilities :

- Be available for second level counselling, as necessary (customer house calls/ online calls/in-center calls) in support of omnichannel customer experience and support the sales team with Closures.

- Ensure target CSAT achievement as per defined framework, by safeguarding quality of service delivery in coordination with the Faculty, Ops manager and Admissions team.

- Ensure action on customer feedback and promptly address to customer grievances within SLA.

- Responsible for smooth inventory management, ensuring timely availability and distribution of materials.

- Ensure timely and accurate data management and communication with relevant stakeholders.

- Responsible for collection of payment and deposition of sales as per compliance norms.

- Own proper functioning & upkeep of the centre Infra and be accountable for results of audits.

- Help in recruitment of team, train them, motivate and retain positive team environment at all times.

- Responsible for updating knowledge and self and team development by participating in trainings and achieving certifications.
