Manya Group - Branch Head - Sales (4-13 yrs)
1. Responsible for the P & L of the centre
2. Responsible for the Revenue generation at the centre as per the defined target.
3. To manage and derive results through the Sales team (counsellors & Sales executives) on the various product and services offered at Manya. To do house calls when required along with the SSE.
4. To drive the marketing team and execute activities that will generate the required leads and enquiries to the centre. Be along with the marketing team and monitor the execution of activities.
5. To visit assigned institution and generate business through in campus and retail mode.
6. Coordinate with the Faculty, Ops manager and ensure proper conduct of classes and ensure highest customer satisfaction index, scores and good WOM.
7. Indent books and materials on a timely basis and ensure availability at all times and distribution on materials on times.
8. Entry of data in NAV and ensure proper data management by self and team.
9. Ensure collection of payments as per the company norms and deposit of the same on a timely basis.
10. Proper data management in all front and communicating the same to all respective in charges.
11. Proper functioning of the centre (on time opening and closing) and process at the centre and ensure at most satisfaction on scheduled and surprise audits.
12. Help in recruitment of team, train them, motivate and retain positive team environment at all times.
13. Stick to organisation norms and be flexible for change in roles and location.
15. To ensure proper upkeep of the centre and infra.
