Job Description - Admissions Counsellor
Job Purpose :
To provide counselling services to potential and repeat students, to guide them on education options and procedures. Promote the outreach programs among the student community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding Admission Services and test prep
- Review and propose information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, application process and deadlines proactively
- Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers
- Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students
- Support enrollment process
- Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.
- Coordinate with respective team for the product services
- Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager
- Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
- Maintain inventory of student's kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
- Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals
- Maintain confidentiality of data
- Efficient and appropriate communication to student related to batch details and timelines
- Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products
Secondary Role/s :
- This role holder will be aligned with one or two of the following roles as learner cum trainee.
