Key Responsibilities

- Provide Pre sales counselling prep
- Review and propose information on process and deadlines proactively
- Ensure higher conversion by
- Ensure benefits and advantages of enrolment are shared with student
- Support enrollment process
- Address questions on Visa, travel
- Coordinate with respective team for the product services
- Ensure good customer service &
- Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely
- Maintain inventory of student- s
- Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads
- Maintain confidentiality
- Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timelines
- Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products students, to guide them on procedures. Promote the outreach programs among the student roles as learner cum trainee.
