Manya Education - Social Media Marketing Role (4-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Use social media tools to increase brand focus, brand identity and increased customer engagement and acquisition.

- Monitor and manage presence on social sites including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, instagram, Google Plus, Youtube & pinterest to leverage engagement opportunities with prospects, customers, and other influencers

- Experience managing online LinkedIn and similar paid campaigns on social media

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

- Implementing business development strategies.

- Set, agree and exceed the traffic, reach, engagement and follower targets for each social media network documenting a strategy for both organic and paid activity

- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly channel performance reporting against key performance metrics

- Assess potential new Social Media opportunities.

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, social platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience mapping.

- Create editorial calendars and syndication/curation schedules.

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text/copy, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages audience to take the intended action.

- Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in the IT product industry in relevant areas of business.

- Analyze and report social media progress on a periodic basis. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with teams in Digital Marketing, Content, Corporate Communication, PR, Media, Products and Solutions to create a solid branding recall that's reflected across marketing campaigns

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform

- Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust spend accordingly

- Track and report on campaign performance data

- Grow social media presence

- Participate in the planning process of email, webinar, event programs, and content creation

Personal Skills :

- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working with data

- Very personal and easy to get along with

- Excellent track record of driving growth (we are talking scaling by orders of magnitude) and meaningful engagement

- Considerable knowledge of analytics tracking tools including Google Analytics

- Past success with analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions and adjusting strategy accordingly

- Penchant for data-driven decisions, ability to adapt to new or changing direction based on user feedback and market demands

- Great communication skills and a knack for presenting results to groups in a clear, digestible manner

- A great mix of creative and analytical thinking

- The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals

Education :

- B tech with Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field
