Job Description :
Position : Regional Head
Organization : Manya Education Pvt Ltd.
Function : Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for P&L for the region in Retail and Channel respectively.
- Execute Business Development plan with Listed Institutional Partners for the region as per the agreed Annual Plan.
- Responsible for Seamless Operations leading to Targeted CSAT.
- Ensure Operational cost controls.
- Ensure adherence to Operational process and Compliances.
- Retain & Engage manpower to achieve targeted ESAT Scores
- Execute Marketing and brand promotions.
- Track and monitor the competitive landscape.
- Monitor and Control Channel Partners.
- Implement Planned HO & Zonal Marketing and brand promotion campaigns
- Plan Centre Audits and ensure compliances as per SOP
- Manage Admission Services for Premium, Mix & PACS in coordination with HO ACS team
