Manya Education - National Manager - Partner Servicing (7-9 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To identify future needs and alliances and provide high quality customer service to Partner admission clients, for enhanced customer satisfaction. To build strategy & processes for servicing business partner. Engage, train and track servicing and partner visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily, weekly and monthly meetings as needed with the teams
- Resolve concerns and provide support to partner team related to partner servicing
- Mentor team members and build rapport and trusting relationships with them to help with retention
- Train partner team on partner universities and other processes to help increase student conversion and placement
- Strategies & execute channel development of secondary agent network
- Build focus and drive for partner and ongoing evolution according to market needs
- Liaise with all partners to ensure accountability and follow-through of all applications in process
- Manage all indirect partnerships through regular communication and operational tasks with agents
- Drive niche school partnerships through unique marketing and servicing
- Drive commission and help to track commission payments and status of all partner contracts
