Manya Dental Clinic - Patient Relationship Manager (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
Patient Relationship Manager (PRM) is a strategic role aimed to drive bar raising patient experience, brand image and seamless co-ordination between internal & external stakeholders.
- PRMs interact with patients over call, act as voice of brand and stay in touch with all OPD patients till completion of planned treatments. They liaison with all concerned stakeholders and work towards helping patients in best possible manner.
- Make introductory calls to patients post treatment completion and check if they received satisfactory service and set expectations for future engagements.
- Drive healthy relationship with patients and work towards completeness of all proposed treatments
- Help patients with adhoc requests such as rescheduling appointments, scheduling telephonic consultations with concerned doctors or raising documentation requests etc.,
- Own and drive conversion, completeness and revenue target for allotted branches
- Train supporting staff of respective branches to drive seamless experience at allotted branches
- Maintain proper data records of all necessary engagements in CRM/sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: - 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
