Job Location: Noida Sector-1
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Customer Support/ Marketing/ Account Management in Saas organization
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Mandatory)
Key areas of responsibility :
- Proposal generation/ monitoring, digital marketing, collaterals building
- Create product content to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Effectively handle Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Operations
- On-board new customers & train them on the product
- Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or live chats.
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports and make recommendations to the management
- Managing CRM, handle backend MIS for client account activation & records
- Maintain Updates regarding new sales, collections etc.
- Invoicing and maintenance of all records in company software
