Mantri Developers - Deputy Manager/Manager - Mall Marketing (3-10 yrs)
1. Marketing Campaigns
- Implement ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and brand strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Budget management of campaigns in line with overall marketing budget
- ROI analysis required on each promotion and fed back to business
- Prepare optimized budgets for campaigns to increase mall TD and footfall
- Prepare SOH strategy for operating and upcoming malls in the city
2. Online Marketing
- Assess the effectiveness of the mall website and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives
- Incorporate online activities with offline marketing promotions
- Lead social media pages with targeted growth on likes and engagement
3. Internal Communications
o Work effectively with internal departments esp. leasing and finance to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units - new store openings, launches, events, changes to procedures, staff newsletters.
4. B-2-B Relationships
o Work closely with all agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing communications.
