Paid Marketing :
1. Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
2. Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the Organization
3. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
4. Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
5. Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-today execution of paid media
6. Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
7. Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
8. Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
Social Media :
1. Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
3. Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
4. Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
5. Reports progress to senior marketing management
6. Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
7. Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
8. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages.
PR :
1. Responsible for managing an organization's communication initiatives, specifically with media personnel. Their duties include overseeing a team of public relations professionals to delegate tasks, writing or editing press releases prior to publication, and helping the company organize press conferences and other events.
2. Strategy, collaboration, execution, and measurement of PR & Media Relations Campaigns, with the goal of building and enhancing a favorable image of our company with employees, potential candidates, clients, potential customers, influencers, and the public.
3. Plan, implement and manage public relations programs.
4. Plan and budget for PR events, programs, and initiatives.
5. Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials.
6. Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits.
7. Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with the company brand.
8. Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels.
9. Develop and implement PR policies and procedures.
10. Determine KPIs for the PR department.
11. Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign.
12. Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.
13. Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new members of the public relations team
14. Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings.

Content Marketing :
1. Familiarize yourself with each organization's brand ideals and website to create content that supports their objectives and desired identity.
2. Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's website.
3. Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image.
4. Cooperate with the marketing team to create web content and monitor its effectiveness over time.
5. Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals.
6. Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.
7. Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company.
Partnership and Integrations :
1. Lead partner on boarding activities both from project management and a technical advisor perspective.
2. Effectively communicate and educate partners on the technical architecture of the solution
3. Work directly with partners to research, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
4. Clearly and succinctly document communications to partners throughout the integration lifecycle
5. Help ensure Integration Partners are able to get through any questions, materials, or use case examples they are trying to accomplish with the API's from our Developer Portal.
Email Marketing :
1. Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
2. Create various email lists and campaigns
3. Create and design various CTAs and email templates
4. Test the success of every campaign
5. Determine email marketing KPIs
6. Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
7. Develop a lead generation strategy
8. Create smart email lists
9. Increase email subscriptions
10. Analyze data to get smart insights
11. Suggest methods for improvements
12. Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
13. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Hiring :
1. Pinpointing current and inevitable vacancies within the group.
2. Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.

4. Creating and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.

Team Management :
