As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic international sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts within the US market to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

- Make a high volume of daily cold calls (approximately 100 calls) to engage with leads, introduce our SaaS solutions, and qualify their interest and fit.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to strategise and refine targeting approaches.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS product to prospects, emphasising its benefits and relevance to their business needs.

- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to further engage with prospects.

- Research and analyze target industries, companies, and individuals to gather insights for tailored communication.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

- Work in alignment with sales targets and contribute to achieving team goals.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Adapt to US shifts to maximize interaction with leads based in different time zones.

- Display exceptional verbal communication skills to engage prospects and foster meaningful conversations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior experience in sales development, cold calling, or inside sales, particularly in a SaaS B2B environment.

- Previous exposure to the US market and understanding of its business landscape.

- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation techniques.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with prospects.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a high degree of initiative.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.

Preferred: Experience or background with reputable companies like Dell or Deloitte.
