Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for serving as a product/platform onboarding and managed services expert and working closely with clients to ensure their success with our Platform. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide different solutions, and develop strategic plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in either Engineering or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation.
- Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
- Respond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation
- Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Telugu is a plus
Skills :
- Preparing, maintaining, and refining Customer On-boarding check-list
- Hands-on delivery of Customer Website, Product configurations, and customer SPoC interactions
- Customer objections handling requirements gathering and configuration
- Coordinating with internal teams and getting the work done, such as
Digital Marketing - Campaign Calendar (Including execution), Domain Mapping, and A/B Testing (End to End)
Engg Team - Working with both the Backend and UI teams regarding functionality checks and fixes based customer updation
Visual Team - Bridging between Customer and Visual teams for new or fresh content capturing
Sales Team - While onboarding the customer, going through the agreement and gathering customer expectations from Sales team
- DRA and product Admin Team - Coordinating to make Data refinements and changes
- SPoC for Customer Tech Support
