Mantra Softech - Manager - Business Development/Sales - Hardware Product & Solution Domain (10-22 yrs)

Job Summary :

- This role will be overall responsibility to sell various hardware products to Pan India basis in Government and Private (BFSI) industry. This includes business development opportunities, building partner network, and leveraging upselling / cross selling opportunities. This also includes understand the customer requirement, create techno- commercial proposal and bring deal to technical and financial closure.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Devise and own go-to-market strategy, assess its effectiveness, refine, and optimize to meet and exceed sales quota achievement.

- Develop, analyze, oversee, and execute growth strategies roadmap, new programs and strategic partnerships.

- Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Presales teams for support in generating and qualifying new leads, eliminating any delays or gaps in the proposal/collateral submission to the client and nurturing the prospects.

- Define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process.

- Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.

- Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross selling, upselling opportunities.

- Drive customer lifetime value through customer journey; bring programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.

- Prepare end to end technology, implementation and solution document by working together with software technology architect, customer and sales people.

- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of specific solution domain, company products and solutions as well as customers' technical and business environment.

Key Performance Indicators :

- Lead Generation and conversion

- Technical and commercially closure of inquiries/accounts

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals

- Business development activities

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of Sales experience in electronic or IT industry selling hardware products

- Strong experience with an expert's ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives, and forecast monthly/ quarterly revenues

- 10 + years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in the pan India basis

- High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills

- Good understanding of Software industry and articulate in presenting the spectrum of offerings

Qualification and Experience :

- Graduation/Post Graduation /B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA preferably from reputed tier colleges.

- Should have experience with Product sales / RFP / Technical Proposal etc. Any experience for end-to-end RFP preparation or technical architecture preparation is a plus. Experience in software solution presales or sales is a plus.

- Deep knowledge of IT and Electronic industry and domain knowledge along with knowledge of Aadhaar, Security, Payments, Compliance and industry regulations is plus

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Personality :

- Ideal candidate would have a strong internal drive to build from scratch and persevere through the failures that he or she could face. Should be an out and out performer and have a can-do attitude. Ease in dealing with high levels of uncertainty is essential. Should be able to connect and inspire trust with senior level stakeholders in customer organizations.
