Manpasand - Regional Sales Head (2-20 yrs)
- We need a Regional Sales Head who has proven to lead and excel at sales leadership in previous organizations. Candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and aspirations will be preferred.
- The role comes with a work from home flexibility but requires a clear focus on target achievement. Travel is required as per the prevailing local conditions. Own vehicle is required.
- This role is idea for someone who is looking to accelerate their career progression well ahead of the normal curve
- The role can be full time and part time depending on the candidate
Compensation Structure:
- Revenue sharing on the sales generated from the allocated region.
Activities and responsibilities :
- Appoints distributors in assigned area and ensure sales
- Hires regional sales team and leads it to drive expansion using his/her experience and market insights
- Presents and achieves weekly sales targets
- Gives daily updates
- Becomes a source of motivation to the team through sales persistence and guidance
Candidate qualifications :
(Can be relaxed for deserving candidates)
- More than 2 years of experience in leading a Sales team in FMCG or related companies
- Comes with active contacts in the food/mall/retail outlets and has an excellent repute in the industry
- Comfortably speaks in at least one local language apart from English
