Manjushree - Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (6-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Demand generation & Market expansion. Cover assigned territory and generate new business with limited day to day supervision.
- Relationship management with existing customers, creating engagement for long term business
- Independently handling of multiple Customers & Co-ordinate in Managing Leads
- Responsible for strategic tie-ups with Clients/Customers
- Manage & ensure Volume Delivery in line with the growth requirements of MTL
- Communicating with Internal stakeholders for order planning & process, Costing & maintain the Delivery Schedules & delivery timelines etc
Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager.
Experience- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Preforms/Caps/Closure companies or any other product category directly selling to Beverage Market
Must have - Market knowledge of beverage industry, Self-Driven Hunger for growth and hunting, ability and willingness to travel (min 50%), conduct on-site performance trials, relationship with local beverage players in their region.
