Manger - Corporate Sales - Travel (6-10 yrs)
Enterprise selling, B2B. Selling integrated travel solution to corporates.
- Responsible for new sales. Will have an individual target to meet.
- Identification of new targets.
- Building database, expanding existing target base.
- The position will have individual revenue targets.
- No team will be reporting to this position.
- Internal contacts will be the Sales teams across India, and all other departments.
- External contacts will be Head of travel/ Procurement/ CFOs.
- Team player, should be able to integrate with the culture and employees internally.
- Grasp and understand the company, processes, and align himself to the same
- Must be a self-motivated; with good presentation skills, the ability to be able to engage the CXO level in a conversation/ pitch.
- Independent worker; should hit the ground running.
- Should be able to leverage his relationships in the market.
- Should be able to align his work and develop a good understanding of CWT processes and culture.
Corporate sales background, preferably B2B selling.
- Existing relationships with travel managers/ procurement heads will be preferred.
- TMCs, airlines, hotel background will work well.
- It is an individual contributor role.
- Required excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of computers- MS office
