Mangaer - Sales - Insurance (0-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Present and explain insurance policies to clients, including terms, coverage, and pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims in compliance with company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and following up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is a plus.
- A valid insurance license (if required by state/country regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
