Job Description :
- Build a strong Sales funnel by developing & implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
- Should have hands-on experience in selling IT services in the International Market.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed the revenue targets [individual targets & team targets].
- Work with the technical team while developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Ensure to perform these roles promptly - New Account discovery | Management and Research to acquire new geographies.
- Experience in online bidding is a plus.
- Capable to work independently with minimal guidance and handle a team.
- Strong experience in handling International IT Sales.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company's growth.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 Years of Cold Calling Experience in the International Market (Lead Generation)
- Must have International IT sales experience.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work under flexible work timings.
- Good time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Willingness to work in different time zones to interact with other geographical clients.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred.
