Manchanda Realtors - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for Business Development Executive/Surveyor with prior experience in Gurgaon. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for our luxury real estate business. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities :
- Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales.
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
- Manage the orders from clients and take follow up with all concerned departments.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Interaction with Market Network of Builders, Contractors, and Architects and developing the same.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years sales experience in Real Estate
- Thorough knowledge of Gurgaon area
- Must Have Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
- Should have own Bike with licence
