Manappuram Finance - Manager - Sales (1-8 yrs)
a. Achieve growth and sales target by effective leadership of the sales team.
b. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands a company's customer base and extends its reach.
c. Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
d. Manage field level sales and marketing activities.
e. Present sales revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
f. Identify new markets and market trends and be abreast of new products and position of competitors.
g. Experience in a personal loan (self-employed) sales in a leading NBFC.
h. Local Language Knowledge Must.
