we are hiring for Managing Partner - Insurance
We are looking forward to a candidate who has a lot of knowledge about insurance and is capable to build team of financial advisors
Roles and duties:
- Ensuring that the market is adequately covered while achieving the sales target.
- Making decisions on how to allocate resources and assuming control of the branch and the area.
- Provide continuing mentoring and training to the sales staff, which includes unit managers and advisors.
- Ensuring proper sales conduct, ethics, and techniques in accordance with the company's and the regulator's requirements.
- Meeting predetermined sales goals and activating VNB, NOP, advisors, and managers.
- Making calls in conjunction with Unit managers and Advisers
- Unit managers and advisors should be groomed
Requirements:
Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1+ In the Insurance sector.
Job Type: Full Time-On Roll.
Age: 24 to 39 years.
Candidate: Local Candidate.
Qualification: Any graduation.
