POSITION - MANAGING PARTNER - Sales ( Alternate agency channel )

LOCATION Kolkata

CTC 4.5LAC - 5.5 lac p.a

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Organization Process: Business leader Management

Key Contributions : 


- Recruit Direct associate business leaders, as well as identify and create associate business leaders from existing advisor base.

- Develop Business Leaders through coaching, training, team management, and support, etc.

- Drive Business Leaders to recruit advisors in their team, make them active on business month-on-month, drive higher case rate per active advisor and case size to achieve business targets.

- Provide operational support to Business Leaders in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve, new advisor licensing, etc.

- Plan, Monitor, and Review Business Leaders on a regular basis to drive their team Activity, Case Rate, and Case Size.

- Ensure that the Business Leaders are meeting their team targets and hence improving their performance and earnings consistently.

- Ensure that targets are met through a healthy product mix

-Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new advisors

-Undertake activities like Career Opportunity Presentations and other footfall activities to drive recruitment
