Managing Partner - Insurance Sector (2-3 yrs)
Requirements :
- At-least 3 years of experience in Business Development in Healthcare / Medical or Pharmaceutical or Telecom / ISP or FMCG / F&B or Banking / Financial Services / Insurance
- Organize and run recruitment events for Agency Partners (APs) and Life Advisor (LAs)
- Ensure entire team start getting productive quickly and start moving on LAs activation and premium
- Help APs to recruit LAs
- Revenue planning with APs
- Supports LAs and APs on sales call to demonstrate
- Conduct training session for LAs on their career progression
- Conduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities with LAs and MPs
- Review target & performance for APs in a periodic manner
- Lead weekly - wake-up- team meetings
- Manage prospecting activity in the field
- Operate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Manage persistency and renewal collection by Advisors
- Chase - pending- requirements on submitted cases
- Attend joint field work activity
- Run telephone appointment sessions
- Contact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training
