Managing Partner - Insurance (4-10 yrs)
Job Title: Managing Partner (MP)
Reports to: Branch Managing Partner (BMP)
Work Location: Mumbai
Interview Rounds: Four (3 Technical & 1 HR Round)
Assessments: Two (Aptitude test & Personality test)
Role Objective: Accountable for End-to-end ownership for Agency Partner (AP) performance
Main Job Responsibilities
- Organize and run recruitment events for APs and LAs (Life Advisor)
- Recruit APs (Agency Partner)
- Ensure smooth onboarding of APs
- Ensure team start getting productive quickly and start moving on LAs activation and premium
- Help APs to recruit LAs
- Revenue planning with APs
- Supports LAs and APs on sales call to demonstrate
- Help LAs and APs to login business
- Conduct training session for LAs on their career progression
- Conduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities with LAs and MPs
- Review target & performance for APs in a periodic manner
- Lead weekly wake-up team meetings
- Manage prospecting activity in the field
- Operate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Own the operational aspects of coding of an AP
Other Activities
- Deal with customer queries
- Manage persistency and renewal collection by Advisors
- Chase pending requirements on submitted cases
- Attend joint field work activity
- Run telephone appointment sessions
- Contact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training
Job Holder Specification
- Graduate / MBA with minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Insurance industry (life or General)
- Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented
- Team Leading / Managing Experience is must
- Experience in handling agency / distribution model
- Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to interact and recruit people from diverse background
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
