Job Description:
Organize and run recruitment events for Agency Partners (APs) and Life Advisor (LAs)
Ensure entire team start getting productive quickly and start moving on LAs activation and premium
Help APs to recruit LAs
Revenue planning with APs
Supports LAs and APs on sales call to demonstrate
Conduct training session for LAs on their career progression
Conduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities with LAs and MPs
Review target & performance for APs in a periodic manner
Lead weekly - wake-up- team meetings
Manage prospecting activity in the field
Operate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Manage persistency and renewal collection by Advisors
Chase - pending- requirements on submitted cases
Attend joint field work activity
Run telephone appointment sessions
Contact Advisers who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training
