- He should have past experience of building 1000 Plus agents and Advisors in a Life or Health Insurance company

- Candidate should be from Agency Background and Local . Should have build huge distribution of Agent and Advisors in his current organization.
- He has to manager super agency partner and help it to build team of business partners
Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
