Mode : Work From office (Saturdays working based on requirements)

Timings : 9.30 to 6.30 PM IST Day shift

Office Location : Santa Cruz East, Mumbai

Travel required : Travel for client meeting required

We seek an experienced and sales-oriented Wealth RM who can acquire as well as maintain relationships with existing clients for a leading Wealth/Asset Management firm.

The primary responsibility will include developing personalised financial plans, managing portfolios and providing expert advice on various financial matters, such as taxes, insurance and risk management.

Objectives of this role :

- Assisting Investment councillors/Business head in overseeing the implementation of investment strategies.

- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.

- Conducting in-depth economic assessments to analyse clients' current financial situations and identify areas for growth and improvement.

- Developing personalised financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles.

- Recommending suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments, based on thorough market research and analysis.

- Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing needs.

- Providing clients with ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing their queries and providing proactive wealth management solutions.

- Collaborating with internal teams, such as tax advisors, legal professionals and estate planners, to offer comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

- Helping the company meet its financial objectives through personalised financial planning.

- Staying updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

- wealth management strategies, including investment planning, portfolio allocation and retirement planning.

- Monitor and review clients' financial progress regularly, ensuring alignment with their objectives and making adjustments.

Required skills and qualifications :

- MBA/bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a wealth manager or in financial services, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.

- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems and MS Office suite.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results oriented mindset.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in explaining complex financial concepts to clients.

- Integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
