Manager - Visual Merchandising (4-7 yrs)
1. Visual Merchandising - Planning, Budgeting & Strategies
2. Display strategies - Creating/Coordinating with Design & Execution team
3. Ensure standardization of Visual presentation & Communication across the Store
4. Facilitating, planning & execution of National Level Store Themes
5. Design Promotional dockets specific to store and catchment to drive Business for low selling store - in sync with the Marketing team
6. Ensure implementation of visual signage (informative\offer pricing) as per laid down norms & standards
7. Facilitating training for VM & Merchandising presentation to the Retail staff
8. Facilitation of planning & execution of store level promotions
9. Drive VM-Team ensuring Brand image across all stores sustaining exceptional levels of visual presentation & Shopping experience to the customers
10 .Visualizing artwork for exterior/interior communications
11. Complete control of collaterals at stores and review the same every quarter and maintain cost Balance sheet location wise
12. Practices and procedures in relation to products and their proper display, on Visual Merchandising standards
13. Manage Day today office work in terms of sharing reports & Feedback to Zonal / HO team, Commercial, Business Heads and store operations team to maximize business
