Job Summary :

The Entrepreneurship in Residence (EIR) - Content Marketing Manager is an intrapreneurial role for a seasoned content creator with a deep understanding of how to create viral, engaging content for businesses across enterprise and SMB segments. You will lead the end-to-end video content strategy, working hands-on to ideate, shoot, produce, and manage teams of internal and external resources to bring the vision to life. You will curate influencer-led campaigns, execute viral content strategies, and drive meaningful engagement, using metrics to refine and enhance performance. Your strategic thinking will ensure that content directly ties into business value, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Video Content Strategy : Own and lead the full content lifecycle-from ideation to execution and distribution, ensuring that all content is aligned with business goals.

- Viral Content Creation : Develop engaging and trending content that appeals to business audiences, with a strong focus on creating viral videos for enterprise and SMB segments.

- Team Leadership : Lead internal teams and external agencies/resources in creating high-quality content. Manage and coordinate with a network of studios, influencers, and agencies to collaborate on projects.

- Influencer Campaigns : Curate and lead influencer-driven content and campaigns that resonate with your target audience.

- Content Metrics : Monitor performance metrics and use data to tweak and optimize content strategies for maximum impact and business value.

- Cross-Platform Content : Produce content for various formats, including podcasts, webinars, live streams, and social media.

- Hands-On Production : Be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, managing the technical aspects of video creation, including shooting and editing.

- Content Virality : Use your deep understanding of content virality to consistently produce engaging, shareable, and trending content.

- Collaboration & Teamwork : Work as both a leader and a team player, coordinating across teams to ensure content creation is seamless and collaborative.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-5 years as an independent creator or in a video content lead role with a brand or agency.

- Proven Track Record : Specific examples of leading viral content creation, with measurable success.

- Collaborative Network : A strong network of studios, influencers, and agencies you can tap into for collaborative content creation.

- Multi-Format Expertise : Experience producing diverse content forms such as podcasts, webinars, and live streaming.

- Social Media Savvy : A strong social media presence with the ability to amplify content across platforms.

- SEO Knowledge : A working understanding of SEO to boost organic reach and visibility.

- Technical Skills : Hands-on experience in shooting and editing video content.
