Manager - Vertical Business Development - eMobility (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Being well verse in working with Start Ups & established players across the E-MOBILITY Ecosystem.
- Identifying and Highlighting unsaid/unrecognised needs of the Customer around human resource capacity building.
- Identifying emerging Business Models.
- Preparing Business Plans to address untapped market.
- Initiating Value Proposition based Proof of Concept for proposed solutions.
- Ability to identify potential customers.
- Engaging New customers, understanding Medium to Long term road-map and identify areas of convergence.
- Providing inputs for evolving Solution Road-maps.
- Establishing initial contacts.
- Placing smart bets especially in the evolving EV Ecosystem.
- End to end responsibility of the Accounts / territory assigned.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
What are we looking for :
- B. Tech with MBA with 5+ yrs. years of experience (last few years in Solutions business) preferably in the E-Mobility Eco space.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Extreme ownership and ability to achieve results independently
- Visionary thinking, setting big goals and devising strategies to achieve them, anticipating future challenges.
- To demonstrate working attitude continuously by being business focus, pro-active, - can do-, collaboration with colleagues and pragmatic.
- Knowledge about the hiring/Human resource capacity building of an Auto OEM.
- Ability to engage with customers at multiple levels
- Experience and understanding of handling Business Plans and Business Cases
