Role: Manager - Vendor Onboarding and Relationship management (4-6 yrs)

To lead our growth we are looking for a Manager- Vendor Onboarding and Relationship mgmt who is expected to drive the company's solutions to the customer and in doing so grow the top line of the organisation through active engagement to exceed the revenues of our organisation through deep & cross selling. This person is also expected to enhance our success stories by on boarding newer clients by building and developing a vibrant and result oriented solutions selling team pan India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands/OEMs/distributors pan-India
- Driving Supplier On-boarding: Adding on new vendors from respective categories proactively by constantly improving Quality, Cost and Delivery terms with suppliers across India
- Technology adoption: Bringing the vendors on our tech platforms and driving their orders, inventory, account statement through the same
- Shall be responsible for quantity and quality of supplier on-boarding to cater to specific business verticals of medium and large enterprises in terms of best possible category teams
- Shall also be responsible for reviewing the whole of supplier journey across all mediums (desktop/mobile) to ensure best possible supplier experience in his online journey with us
- Work closely with other functions - product, sales, online marketing, and others in order to plan and execute the needful. Shall also be leading up SMS/email marketing & remarketing activities to help on improved user experience/conversions.
- Leading Vendor/Supplier side business development across different product categories in Business & Industrial space
- Extensive travel required
Desired Skills :
- Technical know-how and experience in the B2B/industrial space
- Data Analysis, Sales Promotion, Category Management( skills preferred)
- P&L, Projection, Business Development, Product Management (desirable)
- Comfort with numbers and rapid, ongoing analysis.
- Hands-on ability to execute independently.
- A Hustler with taking ownership and self-motivated to drive in his area of expertise
Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or any Equivalent Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- 4+ yr work experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/ Supplier account management role in Leading Industrial/Consumer Goods/FMCG brands
- Should have network in the supplier markets in OEM and industrial space in West India (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad) or South India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc) pertaining to B2B/Industrial space
- Excellent Sales/Business development skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
