User Operation leads the growth initiatives for the App e-commerce platform base on the eco-system and operations matrix. Regarding to user profile and data insight, design the user lifecycle and segmentation, building the operations/engagement strategy gather with category and commercial teams to create a scalable marketplace at India. We are seeking a talented professional who thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing.
Job description
1.Lead the Vendor Acquisition (VA) team to propel the growth of strategic seller base App in India, including a specific focus on the App's Marketplace business unit and on Electronics and FMCG category
2.Refine sourcing strategy and identify new market segments and valuable seller/brand prospects through data-driven market analysis
3.Groom the team to acquire key targeted sellers/brands, in line with the category's strategic plan. Incubate these accounts for high engagement with the platform and to reach a sizeable portfolio
4. Directly interact and build a strong, credible relationship with key new seller/brand accounts to ensure strong performance with App
5.Design and execute seller growth strategies and frameworks with Traffic Operations, Category Operations and Platform Operations, team. E.g. Implementing campaigns and traffic initiatives to boost the sellers- performance
6. Manage day-to-day VA activities, including lead management, hunting operations, incubation tasks. Ensuring a high level of VA operational efficiency and that overall sales target are met, in line with the company objectives
