Manager - University Admission Sales (0-10 yrs)
- Recruiting individuals from diverse educational backgrounds such as 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, undergraduates, and graduates, and persuading them to enroll in technical and professional courses recommended by Netaps Foundation.
- Providing educational and career guidance, particularly to those struggling academically, facing exam failures or backlogs, or possessing diploma certificates without practical knowledge.
- Engaging in education and career counseling through webinars, seminars, and personal interactions at various educational institutions to enlighten teenagers and young adults about the significance of industry-oriented education. Facilitating stipends and liaising with hiring managers to understand their needs and prepare candidates for interviews.
- Handling document verification, onboarding processes at client sites, and sourcing college students interested in internships or apprenticeships, willing to serve as Campus Ambassadors for Netaps Foundation.
- Identifying potential channel partners, vendors, and freelancers to collaborate with Netaps Foundation as Referral Partners, while also building and leading a team of counselors and lead generation specialists.
- Seeking self-motivated candidates capable of working independently and meeting targets, with the readiness to operate in a remote environment. This role involves 30% fieldwork and 70% office-based tasks.
Skills Required :
Lead generation, recruitment, counseling, business development, education admissions, apprenticeship coordination, email and proposal writing, conducting mass counseling and recruitment activities, basic computer proficiency, excellent communication skills in both regional and English languages, persuasive abilities, and a proactive sales-oriented mindset.
