- Should have good relationship with doctors, stockiest and management
- Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts
- Supervise field staff
- Ensure individual & team targets are met
- Work jointly with field staff for relationship management
- Prepare strategy for Sales
- Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
- Effective management of distribution channel
