Manager - Unit Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Drive the assigned sales target through assigned bank branches
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement
- Optimally use available technology platforms to service customers and provide quicker closures on cases to the Lead Generators
- Network and build a strong relationships with bank leadership and staff of the bank branches assigned
- Connect with employees of the bank branches regularly to train them on insurance, product offerings and understand issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint fieldwork along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances
- Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as a part of the issuance process
- Train distribution on getting the higher first time right % submission
Candidate profile :
- Having sales and marketing Experience of 2+ years
- Cold calling with a team member
- Give proper Guidance to your team
- Age min.24 to max.38
- Must be Graduate
