Manager - Unit Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through :
- Recruiting agents by your team
- Training and developing Team members
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents update Sales Management System.
- Accept leads generated from in-branch lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank from the database as well as generate own leads
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
