Job Description :
- The Unit Sales Manager acts as an interface between the company customers.
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the department are attended and certifications obtained
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by center are attended and reverted
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
- Ensure that Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Negiotation skill
- Team handling skill
- Strong personality
