Manager - Unit Link Insurance Plan (1-3 yrs)
1) Jointly Responsible along with Regional Agency team for additional UL FYWRP, Licensing, Activation & NOPs target of the region
2) Responsible to acquire Competition Distributors, MF agents database
3) Responsible to reactivate old UL FCs of HDFC Ife who are currently inactive or terminated 4Responsible for UL FC recruitment calls on his own and along with Agency hierarchy
5) Responsible for On-boarding these FCs from recruitment to Licensing stage
6) To ensure smooth Issuance of policies for these FCs
7) Engagement calls for newly hired UL FCs
8) To ensure timely L & D support for these FCs
9) To ensure timely commercial pay outs to these Distributors
